• ✓A two-week, one-on-one start with Mikelah. Your first two weeks are a training and transition period with the founder herself, so you start confidently instead of being thrown on the floor.
• ✓Structured training, every Wednesday. The studio trains every week, rotated through the team, with extra sessions for anyone who wants more and outside educators through the year.
• ✓A direct line to the founder. Mikelah works the floor beside you, and she is who you answer to.
• ✓A three-day weekend, every week. Two late nights (Tuesday and Thursday), normal days Wednesday and Friday, and the studio closed Saturday to Monday. The roster was reshaped after listening to the team about late nights.
