The short version: we collect what we need to look after your hair and your bookings, and nothing gets sold to anyone.

What we collect

When you book, our booking system (Phorest) holds your name, contact details, appointment history, and the notes we need to do your colour safely, like patch test results and colour formulas.

How it's used

To run your appointments: confirmations, reminders, deposits, and your service history so any stylist here can pick up your colour where we left off. If you've opted in, we'll also send occasional offers by email or SMS. You can opt out any time by replying or telling us in the salon.

Photos and videos

We only ever share photos or footage of you with your permission.
